Why did they not include that scene in the movie? It would have made it make so much more drama!

I don't know, but it's so perfect. It would have been great in the film.

It would have made Thor and Loki both more immediately likable, which would have given things an even better charge.

I really like how it showcases their relationship so it's not so...forced? Idk. Thor seems to be all "LET ME LOVE YOU" and Loki seems way more bitter and snide in the final cut, this scene would have, I think, shifted their dynamic a little more to make them more relatable as siblings.

I can only agree. The difference between this in the movie is 'how did they ever even pretend to get along' to 'heartbreakingly broken relationship'.
